To prepare of Green Kashmar Raisin,used of cold emulsion which Certain percentage of the mixture of potassium carbonate and oil Raisins. One liter of oil and 2.5 kg of potassium carbonate are mixed in 100 ml of water.then hung the immersed grapes on wire to dry naturally by sun.
Preparing of the Golden Kashmar Raisins are the same,but make use of certaim sulfor gas to change taste & color of the Raisins.
